here comes the SIP (School Improvement Plan)

its been a while when I was assigned here @ SJNHS as the new school head, and its a big task for me. now, I am crafting the new SIP that is for the next three school years to come to prepare the school for the challenges it will encounter. SJNHS has achieved a lot since its birth. From the rank of 4th lowest school in terms of NAT performance, now it reached the 1st Rank in the whole Division of Southern Leyte in NAT for the SY 2013 - 2014. Kudos to the hardworking teachers and the ever supportive stakeholders. Now, SIP will be the bible of the school in sustaining what we've got and making SJNHS the center of academic and character excellence in the division of Southern Leyte! SJNHS is rising above the rest! the Home of ICT Wizards!
